More and more research is showing the benefits of intermittent fasting or restricted feeding. The Fasting Lifestyle - Timer and Tracker will help you to solidify your fasting habit by allowing you to track and log your eating windows.
Many people have eating windows of more than 12-14 hours (e.g.: starting with breakfast at 8AM and eating multiple meals during the day and finishing with some snacks at 10PM)
The goal is to restrict the time you allow yourself to eat. Start slow. Reduce your eating window by 10 minutes each day.
An eating window of 8 hours is a good start, but 4 hours is good aim. If you are really committed you can choose to have only one meal each time, aka a 1 hour eating window.
How it works:
You start your eating window. This is the time frame in which you can eat and have all your meals. You are not allowed to eat anything, outside this time span.
1. Start the timer and set the target length for your eating window. You are not allowed to eat outside your eating window.
2. When you had your last meal for the day then stop the timer.
3. Edit the results as needed.
